描述:    Human SSTR2 full length protein membrane nanoparticles (MNPs)
背景:     Somatostatin acts at many sites to inhibit the release of many hormones and other secretory proteins. The biologic effects of somatostatin are probably mediated by a family of G protein-coupled receptors that are expressed in a tissue-specific manner. SSTR2 is a member of the superfamily of receptors having seven transmembrane segments and is expressed in highest levels in cerebrum and kidney.

Formulation & Reconstitution:    Lyophilized from nanodisc solubilization buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, pH 8.0). Normally 5% – 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization.
储存和运输:    Store at -20°C to -80°C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -80°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing). Lyophilized proteins are shipped at ambient temperature.

Figure1. Elisa plates were pre-coated with 0.5 µg/per well purified human SSTR2 full length membrane nanoparticles. Serial diluted SSTR2 monoclonal antibody (28122) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for SSTR2 monoclonal antibody binding with SSTR2 full length membrane nanoparticles is 86.2ng/ml.
